Prior to use, read and understand all manufacturer’s
instructions provided with equipment at time of shipment.
Materials: PVC, high-strength ABS, stainless steel, aluminum.
Components: (1) Telescopic Pole, (1) Aluminum Hook,
(1) Hook Opener, (1) Pole Extension.
ONLY use Aluminum Hook for purposes of fall protection.
All other components must only be used to raise/lower
Aluminum Hook, and attach/detach it from anchor point.
Capacity Range (Aluminum Hook Only): 130-310 lbs.
ALWAYS wear head and eye
protection when using this product.

WARNING
Prior to use, ensure all levers on Telescopic Pole are fully
locked according to instruction manual, and that no risk
exists for Telescopic Pole to accidentally retract.
Date of Manufacture:
All PFAS equipment must be selected and deemed compatible
with First-Man-Up Aluminum Hook by a Competent Person.
Refer to instructions for proper methods of connection and use.
Aluminum Hook is compliant with OSHA 1910
and OSHA 1926 Subpart M regulations.
Ensure selected anchor point will withstand
minimum loads of at least 5,000 lbs.
