When using 50ft and 65ft retractable lifelines, the retractable swivel adapter is required (Guardian Part #10975).
1. Before installing the Skyhook Swivel Top, attach the three sections of the adapter as shown below.
2. Secure them with the included bolts.
3. Then proceed with installation of the Skyhook Swivel Top instructions as explained above.
