ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS FOR SMALL ATV MONSTER BOX
Parts List: Tools Required:
Square U-Bolts (2) Drill with 5/16” bit
Flat Strap (2) Marker to layout holes
¼” Nylock Nuts (4) 7/16” Wrench
Installation:
1. Set and square Monster Box (item 5) on rack (item 4) of ATV.
2. Layout holes (one on each side of bar) to be drilled in bottom of box, according to rack.
Configuration. (Best to use outside edge bars for ease of assembly).
3. Hole centers should be 1 ½” apart to fit u-bolts provided.
4. Drill 5/16 holes through the box
5. Slide U-Bolts (item 1) through box and around bar.
6. Slide Flat Strap (item 2) up on U-Bolt
7. Tighten ¼” Nylock Nuts (item 3) down to Flat Strap.
