Tip: Once the lights are installed, pull any excess wire back into the frame.
STEP 6: ATTACH FENDERS
a. Align the fender bolt-holes with the bolt-holes in the frame.
b. Use 3” bolts (X), small flat-washers (K) and small locknuts (V) to fasten the
fender (9) to the frame
STEP 7: INSTALL SIDE RAILS & CORNER BRACKETS
Note: fasten bolts to finger-tightness until the brackets and side-rails are all in place—
this will allow you to make alignment adjustments if needed. Once all parts are aligned
and secured, tighten all bolts.
