4.6 Claims
Any claims under this warranty should
be initiated with the dealer who
originally sold the water heater or with
any other dealer or stockist of the
warrantors products.
4.7 No other guarantee or
warrantee either
expressed or implied is
made on behalf of A.O.
SMITH Water Products
Company
With respect to the water heater in
question further A.O. Smith does not
guarantee this water heater as suitable
for purpose except within the terms of
warranty detailed above.
A.O. SMITH Water Products Company
will not be liable by virtue of this
guarantee or otherwise for damage to
any persons or property when arising
out of contracts or tort.
The terms of this guarantee do not ef-
fect your statutory rights under United
Kingdom Consumer Legislation.
