Tips
• If AUDIO OUTPUT is set to STEREO while playing a
prerecorded SAP BILINGUAL audio program, the primary
language LEFT and the secondary language RIGHT will be
heard simultaneously. For SAP BILINGUAL playback, do not
use STEREO setting. Select RIGHT setting.
• If the VCR is connected to the TV through the antenna cable,
the audio portion of a stereo or SAP BILINGUAL prerecorded
tape will be heard in monaural. Set AUDIO OUTPUT to
select the desired portion when playing back a SAP
BILINGUAL tape. For stereo or SAP BILINGUAL playback,
use the connections given on stereo playback.
Notes
• When you play a tape recorded in mono, the sound is always
played back in mono regardless of the AUDIO MODE
setting.
• The AUDIO MODE setting automatically returns to HI-FI
when a cassette is ejected.
