Ambient temperature, on high-speed applicators,
in automated finishing systems, is hard to maintain
due to the expansion of pressurized air, which re-
sults in condensation. The Ransburg Air Heater/
Filter Heater is designed to reduce, or eliminate,
condensation that may form in or on Air Turbines,
reducing high voltage trip-outs and rejected parts.
Air is heated through a simple process; air enters
through the filter, passes through a Manifold and
Volume Booster before entering the air heater and
exits out to the applicator.
