electrical contact

1. Bad high voltage elec-

trical contact or resistor

failure

1. Make sure that the HV input cable is

plugged into the junction tank and power

supply correctly.

2. Switch the HV output cable to an un-

used junction tank output if available.

1. Check the operation of the HV power

supply. Use an Ransburg 20791, HV

probe, or equivalent to check for HV to

the junction tank. Also refer to the power

supply service manual.

2. Make sure that the HV input cable is

plugged into the junction tank and power

supply correctly.

For the LEPS5000-05 model only:

Since there are no resistors included

in this design, the HV input can be any

one of the seven connectors. Therefore,

switch the HV input to a different con-

nector.

If the problem still exists, return to Rans-

burg for repair.
