Plot of IV curves for the NaV 1.5
The plot of the conductance as a function the voltage step is readily obtained by activating
the conductance button. Note that the reversal potential is automatically proposed in the
Erev window, please see the next screenshots.
Conductance plot and reversal potential
Adjustment of the reversal potential deduced from the left screenshot result the graph presented
in the right screenshot. Importantly, conductance plot have large uncertainties for values close to
the reversal potential and meaningless points should be removed.
Removal of the desired sets of points is done by selecting delete points in the option window.
A dashed rectangle is drawn and adjusted with the mouse pointer encompassing the points that
must be removed.
