Introduction:
Cat Sense is a unique, safe, pneumatically powered catalyst flow alarm system for
meter mix machinery. In operation the Cat Sense alarm gives a clear audible whistle if
the catalyst flow drops below the user’s pre-determined flow setting. The unit is an
entirely flow sensing device and will sense catalyst flow regardless of line pressures.
Manufactured from grade 316 Stainless Steel the fluid section flow tube is rated to safe
working pressures up to 200 bar (3000 psi).
Installation and set up is rapid as the unit is simply installed in the catalyst flow line. The
Cat Sense system is supplied with all fittings needed to connect to the air circuit of an
existing machine.

Use proper safety gear, gloves and safety glasses.
Turn off electrical equipment associated with system
Clean all tools to be used for repair of grease or other material that can react with the
material being pumped.
