Air Cylinder Reassembly:

1. Install the Piston Rod Bushing into the Lower End Cap and secure with Snap Ring

(refer to drawing for part numbers).

NOTE: The following procedures assume that the Powerhead is oriented so that
the Piston Rod is pointing down. For Powerheads that have been removed from
their units they can be disassembled from either orientation (Piston Rod pointing
up or down).

2. Insert the Piston Rod (VPH-4259 or MPH-3253) through the Piston Rod Bushing

(MPH-4254).

3. Slide the Cylinder (MPH-3252 or VPH-4251) over the Piston (MPH-3251) down onto

the Lower End Cap O-ring (O-B-152).

CAUTION: Use care not to scratch the inside of the Cylinder during installation.

4. Set the Upper End Cap (MPH-3255) onto the Cylinder with the Valve Block flats

facing the same direction. Screw the Hex Nuts (F-HN-05F) onto the Tie Rods and
snug the Hex Nuts.

5. Install the appropriate connector, rod end and clips to the end of the Piston Rod.

6. Position the O-rings on the back of the Pilot Valve assembly.

7. Mount the Pilot Valve assembly to the side of the powerhead using the four Cap

Screws (F-CS-04C-32-SS). Be sure that the Pilot Valve is mounted with the
correct end up.

8. Install the Muffler to the Pilot Valve using the two Hex Bolts (F-HB-04C-56-SS)

9. Connect the pilot air hose and regulated air hose to air motor.
