5. Screw the lock nut (50820-1) onto the outlet body (PAT-CP-0903) until the nut
bottoms out.
6. Install the ball seat o-ring (O-F-112) into the inlet body (PAT-CP-0902). Make
sure o-ring is in its groove completely.
7. Install o-ring (O-S-016) into its seat area of inlet body (PAT-CP-0902). Install ball
(03072) into inlet body (PAT-CP-0902).
Note: it is recommended to wet o-ring (O-S-016) with catalyst or water to help
prevent it from becoming damaged during assembly.
8. Screw outlet body (PAT-CP-0903) into inlet body (PAT-CP-0902) until it bottoms
out. If the inlet and outlet hose fittings are not in proper position to attach to
catalyst pump drive back the outlet body out before bring the lock nut (50820-1)
down and tightening against the inlet body. If not sure, complete assembly and
attach to drive before tightening the lock nut.
9. Install o-ring (O-S-013) onto the inlet fitting (4101-8-1) and o-ring (O-S-013) on to the
outlet fitting (51501-1). Install both fittings and snug.
10. Install the Ball Joint Linkage onto the top end of the Cat Rod (PAT-CP-0508).
Note: Use a small amount of removable thread lock on the threads of the piston
rod. Do not over tighten as the threads are small and can become damaged
easily. Allow the thread lock to dry thoroughly before putting the pump into
service
11. Install the catalyst pump back onto the drive. Orient the outlet body so hoses do
not interfere with the drive. Bring the lock nut (50820-1-1) down onto the inlet
body (PAT-CP-0902) and tighten.
12. Attach all fluid hoses.
