Introduction:
This manual, the Patriot Metering Pump Manual PAT-CP-3000, provides information
you need to perform simple maintenance and repair on your equipment.
Step-by-step assembly and disassembly procedures are included for each
component.

may damage the equipment or injure yourself.

During Disassembly:
As you disassemble the equipment, lay out the components in the correct order and
direction. This will help you to reassemble them.
Tools needed for removal and repair of Metering pump.
• 8” Adjustable wrench (08467)
• 6” Adjustable wrench (08466)
• Flat head screw driver
• 5/64” Allen wrench (9301-1-2) or (Allen wrench set 8469)
• Straight scribe (08126)
