4.3 USING BUNDLED APPLICATION SOFTWARE
In addition to the scanner driver, the software CD contains a variety
of application software to make the best of the scanner. For
example, Xerox TextBridge Classic (the OCR* software), MGI
PhotoSuite(the image editing and personal photo application), or
PaperCom(the office document management application).
4.3.1 INSTALLING THE APPLICATION SOFTWARE
To install the bounded software application, choose “Install
Application” in the installation menu and follow the on-screen
instruction to install the software application respectively.
*OCR: Stands for Optical Character Recognition, the process to
convert an image to a text format.
