ASMS2 MASKING MACHINE
- TREE TYPE
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble Frame (ASMS2-01) and
Main Frame (ASMS2-02) as shown
in
photo 1.
Attach Leg Support (ASMS2-03) to
Frame (ASMS2-02) as shown
in
Photo 2.
Assemble Wheels (ASMS2-09) on
both sides of frame (ASMS2-02). Add
one flat washer, carter pin to each wheel
shaft and bend pin as shown in
Photo 3.
For frame assembly,
first,fasten all of the
tape reels (ASMS2-21)
to the frame starting at
the bottom hole as
shown in
Photo 4-1
letter A. Then, skip the
two holes for the frame
supports and continue
to add tape reels till all
four reels are installed.
Photo 4-2 shows the
final assembly of all
Tape Reels.
Starting at the bottom,
add the two 22" Frame
Supports. Then, add the
two 16" Frame Supports
as shown in
Photo 5-1.
Locate the Frame
Supports with the paper
cutter mounting
holes orientated to
Frame #1 as shown in
Photo 5-2 letter B.
Next, on the opposite side of the paper cutting blades, installs two
paper roller assemblies on each support bar as shown in
Photos 6.
Because the paper cutting blades have sharp
edges, we have saved their installation for last.
Always be careful when handling these cutting
blades. Start at the lowest 22" Support as
shown in
photo 7 and install one cutting blade
and spring on each of the four frame supports,
22" (ASMS2-29) and 16" (ASMS2-28).
In Sequence, plastic slide ring, washer, spring, washer and slide ring,
Tighten the slide ring screws when you decide on the best spacing to
suit your needs
CAUTION!! Do not over tighten screws as
the plastic threads can strip.
