Problem Possible cause and solution
Appliance does not switch on

There maybe a fault with the
power cord, plug or electrics of
the appliance. Seek professional
help from a fully qualified
electrician or service centre.

Check the handle is pushed down
fully and has clicked into position.
The fan is working but no heat is being
produced

The bulb may need to be replaced.
