Expand Roles, expand Web Server (IIS), mark Internet
Information Services (IIS) Manager.
Expand the entry with a name equal to the servers name,
expand Sites.
Mark Application Pools
Right-click Application Pools
select Add Application Pool
Name the new Application Pool Chatter
Select .NET Framework v2.0.xxxxx
Click the button OK
Right-click the new application pool
select Advanced Settings
Click the button to the right in the field Identity
Specify the account to run the new application pool
Select Local system
Click the button OK
Click the button OK
