Troubleshooting

No power

Check mains voltage is correct and outlet is switched on
Check IEC lead/mains fuse (if fuse continually blows, refer to your dealer)

No light output

Check DMX individual channel dimmer settings and master dimmer
Check that a DMX signal is present when using DMX (



= no signal)

In sound activated mode, check that the sensitivity is not set too low

Light output is dim

Check DMX individual channel dimmer settings and master dimmer
In Flood mode, check the output level setting is not too low

Overheating/cutting out

Ensure that the unit is not too close to a heat source
Ensure that the cooling vents at the sides are clear and not covered
