Introduction
With a powerful 60W white LED this moving head has the equivalent light output of a 250W
halogen bulb, yet uses less energy as well as having a longer life span. It features 5 modes of
operation including 2 auto, 2 sound-to-light and DMX512. The light also features a prism, 8
colour wheel, 7 different gobos which can be rotated to create a variety of effects. Each shape
or pattern can also strobe via DMX or as part of the internal programs. It is absolutely perfect
for installations in bars, nightclubs, stage shows and concerts.
Unpacking
Your MHS-60 should reach you in good condition, supplied with appropriate mains lead(s) and
mounting bracket. If there is any damage or items missing from the packaging, contact your
dealer immediately.
Warning
To prevent risk of fire or electric shock, do not expose any components to rain or moisture.
If liquids are spilled on the housing, disconnect mains, allow unit to dry out and have the unit
checked by qualified personnel before further use.
Avoid any impact or extreme pressure to the housing.
No user serviceable parts inside. Do not open. Refer all servicing to qualified personnel.
Safety
Check for correct voltage and condition of IEC lead before connecting to power outlet
Ensure DMX leads are in good condition with no short connections or damaged plugs
Installation
Installation should be carried out by qualified installation personnel
The MHS-60 is designed for indoor use only. Avoid exposure to to rain or other elements
The MHS-60 may be placed free-standing. This must be on a stable, even surface
If mounted on a stand, use the supplied bracket with adequate fixings to hold the weight
If the unit is mounted at height, a drop cable should be attached for safety
Ensure adequate air-flow to the vents for cooling
Ensure adequate access to controls and connections
The MHS-60 has moving parts. Ensure there is adequate clearance and stable support
Cleaning
Clean the unit periodically for best performance. Disconnect from mains before cleaning
Keep vents clear by cleaning with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner
Use a soft dry or slightly damp to clean the cabinet and lenses. Do not use solvents
