6.2.2 Red Hat ® Enterprise ver. 3.0
Follow these instructions when installing the Broadcom ® Gigabit LAN
controller base driver for the Red Hat ® Enterprise ver. 3.0 operating
system.
Before installing the LAN driver
Before installing the LAN driver, install the kernal development that
matches your running kernel. To install the kernal development:
1. Insert the installation CD to the optical drive.
2. Double click Start here > System setting > Add or remove packags.
3. Select Development Tools and Kernal Development.
4. Follow the later steps and add diffrent CDs according to the
instructions displayed.
