Using the phone
Like a standard cellular phone, you can use your P735 to make and receive calls. You can also
keep a history of calls made and received, send SMS or MMS messages, take notes while
talking, call from Contacts, and copy data from installed SIM card to your device.
Phone pad
The phone pad allows you to easily dial and access the Contacts, Call History, Speed Dial,
Video Call, and Phone settings. To launch the Phone pad, do any of the following:
• Tap Start > Phone.
• Press the talk
button.
Turn off phone function
Generally, you are required to turn off your cellular phone onboard an aircraft during take-
off and landing. Flight mode enables you to turn off the phone function but keep your device
turned on to use other functions.
To use flight mode:
1. Tap the signal icon , or tap Start > Settings > Connections.
2. Tap Wireless Manager.
3. Tap Phone to turn on/off the phone connection.
