The Chipset menu item allow you to change the HyperTransport settings.

HyperTransport Configuration
HT Tristate Enable [Disabled]
This item enables or disables the HyperTransport Tristate that enables the
link tristate during the disconnected state of an LDTSTOP.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
CRC Flood Enable [Disabled]
This item enables or disables the CRC Flood that enable the generation of
syncronized packets on CRC Error.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [Enabled]
LDT to MCP2 Frequency [600 MHz]
This item enables or disables the LCT to MCP2 frequency.
Configuration options: [200 MHz] [400 Mhz] [600 Mhz]
Primary Video [PCI]
This item will switch the PCI Bus scanning order while searching for a
video card. This allows to select the type of Primary VGA in case of
multiple video controllers. Configuration options: [PCI] [AGP]
