The TV menu provides the options Display
Mode, Aspect Ration, Video Output, Brightness,
Contrast, HUE and Saturation.
Display Mode
Choose the TV System. The settings Auto, PAL
and NTSC are available.
Aspect Ratio
Define the aspect ratio the output to the TV.
4:3 PS
If this option is activated the HRT 1285 tries to show a part of the wide screen. That’s why there
are often only 33 - 50 % of the screen are shown.
4:3 LB
The other possibility is that the screen is shown in the letterbox mode. Usually more than 90% of the
screen are shown
on this way.
16:9
If you have a wide-screen TV.
Video Output
Define the type of video output (CVBS, RGB).

RGB
If you connect TV and receiver with a SCART cable and your TV supports RGB
input use this function.
•
CVBS
If you connect TV and receiver with a SCART cable and your TV does not support
RGB input use this function.
