Standard: &11H
Manual Paper Feed: &13H
Manual Envelope Feed: &13H
Lower: &14H

Tray programming
Tray confirmation
Tray confirmation selections control:
• whether a confirmation pop-up window appears on the
screen after a tray has been opened and closed
• what attributes are assigned to that tray
• whether the action is automatic or requires user action to
confirm the programming change
To set tray programming options, perform the following:
1. On the main menu select [Setup]
2. Select [System Preferences]
3. Select the [Stocks and Trays] tab
Settings are system-wide and are applied immediately. No restart
of the Xerox FreeFlow Print Server software required.
Tray Confirmation options:
• None - No tray confirmation pop up. The system assumes
tray refill, but if tray attributes change, the tray will fault. To
clear the fault modify the programming to match the tray. In
addition, the “New Stock has been Loaded” option must be
selected.
• When Tray Settings Change - A tray confirmation pop up
appears every time a stock attribute changes.
• After Every Tray Cycle - A tray confirmation pop up
appears every time a tray is opened and closed, or the
Printer reports a new stock attribute.
