8. Remove existing showerhead. Unscrew it by turning it counter-clockwise (Fig 8-A) .
9. Wrap the threads on existing showerarm clockwise with plumber’s tape (included). Install the
Diverter to existing showerarm by turning the Diverter clockwise
(Fig 9-A) .
10. Re-install the original showerhead to Diverter (Fig 10-A) .
11. Attach hose end to Diverter (Fig 11-A) .

This product is packaged partially assembled, you will need to take some components apart to install.
INSTALL TOP SLIDE BAR POST:
1. Remove base from slide bar posts (Fig 1) .
6. Slide the base back onto the post, it should "click" into place. Tighten the set screw with supplied
hex wrench
(Fig 6) .
INSTALL BOTTOM POST AND SLIDE BAR
Repeat step 5-6 for bottom post (Fig 7) .
EXISTING INSTALLATIONS: TO INSTALL HOSE TO YOUR EXISTING SHOWER ARM
2. Locate where you want to install the slide bar. It should be mounted (Fig 2) .
4. Insert the plastic wall anchors into the four holes. You may need to lightly tap them into
position with a hammer
(Fig 4) .
5. Secure post with screws provided (Fig 5) .
3. Using the drill bit, carefully drill the four holes. TIP: INSTALL ONE POST, THEN ASSEMBLE SLIDE BAR
CONFIRM HOLE POSITION OF SECOND POST BEFORE DRILLING
(Fig 3) .
12. Test for leaks, tighten as necessary and enjoy (Fig 12-A) .
7. Hold the bar into top post, making sure the notch in the post aligns with the groove in the bar.

NEW INSTALLATIONS: WALL MOUNTED HOSE CONNECTION
8. Apply the silicone sealant to the threads of the fixture before threading onto the threaded
1/2"-14NPT pipe. Install and tighten the wall mount hose connector by turning it clockwise,
making sure that the other end point down and the face of hose connector is flush with the
finished wall surface
(Fig 8-B) .
9. Attach hose end to wall mount connector (Fig 9-B) .
10. Test for leaks, tighten as necessary and enjoy (Fig 10-B) .
