5. Height – Adjust Tension
Please keep the forearm level when adjusting pressure. Using an appropriate Allen key, slightly loosen or
tighten the adjustment screw as necessary.
If the display settles on its own, then rotate the adjustment screw towards the “+” symbol.
If the display rises on its own, then rotate the adjustment screw towards the “–“ symbol.

Please tighten the adjustment screw if the
joints make popping noises while in use.
