2. Instructions
Inserting the Battery
Remove the clip and the battery compartment
cover with an appropriate Phillips-head
screwdriver. Insert 1 x LR44 button cell battery.
Close the battery compartment and fix the clip.
Fixing the Pedometer
Clip the pedometer onto your waistband or belt.
Use
At normal display, the pedometer will display
STEP (step counter). Press the MODE button to
switch between the step counter and the
distance counter. The pedometer will now
display KM or MILE. To select your distance unit,
go back to the step counter with the MODE
button. Now, hold the MODE button pressed for
five seconds to switch between distance units.
Go to the distance counter and press the SET
button once. The display will flash. Adjust the
stride setting with the RESET button. Each input
will add 1 inch or 2cm. The stride setting range is
12 ~ 60 inches or 30 ~ 50cm.
Go to the step counter and press the RESET
button to reset the pedometer. Pause and un-
pause the pedometer by placing the side switch
to or

dit toestel schade kan toebrengen

2. Instructies
De batterij plaatsen
Verwijder de clip en open het batterijvak met een
geschikte kruiskopschroevendraaier. Plaats 1 x
LR44 knoopcel. Sluit het batterijvak en bevestig
de clip.
De pedometer bevestigen
Klem de pedometer vast aan de broeksband of
gordel vast.
Gebruik
Bij normale weergave geeft de pedometer STEP
weer (stappenteller). Druk op MODE om te
schakelen tussen de stappenteller en de
afstandsmeter. De pedometer geeft nu KM of
MILE weer. Om de afstandseenheid te
selecteren, keer terug naar de stappenteller met
MODE. Houd nu MODE gedurende een vijftal
seconden ingedrukt om de andere eenheid te
selecteren. Ga nu naar de afstandsmeter en
druk eenmaal op SET. De display knippert. Stel
nu de stappenlengte in met RESET. Met elke
druk op RESET voegt u 1 inch of 2 cm toe. Het
bereik bedraagt 12 ~ 60 inches of 30 ~ 50 cm.
Keer terug naar de stappenteller en druk op
RESET om de pedometer te herstellen. Pauzeer
de pedometer of hef de functie op door de
schakelaar opzij op of op
te plaatsen.

2. Instructions
Insertion de la pile
Retirer
l’attache-ceinture et ouvrir le
compartiment de la pile à l’aide d’un tournevis
cruciforme approprié. Insérer 1 pile bouton type
LR44. Refermer le compartiment de la pile et
fixer l’attache-ceinture.
