2. Preparation

Open the battery compartment of the transmitter and insert 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. Select the channel using the CH

button (choose a separate channel for each transmitter, choose channel 1 if you are only using one transmitter). Close

the battery compartment.

Open the battery compartment of the weather station and insert 2 x 1.5V AAA batteries. Close the battery

compartment. Now, select the channel on the weather station using the CHANNEL button at the back. You can select

to display only one channel at the time or all channels successively ( ).

Choose an appropriate installation spot for both the weather station and the transmitter(s). Make sure to install the

weather station and the transmitter within 30m (100 ft) of each other. Note that obstructions and interferences may

affect the range.

3. Functions

RCC Receiving Mode

The weather station goes into RCC receiving mode after inserting the batteries or after a reset. The system will

automatically enter RCC receiving mode every day on 03:00, 04:00, 05:00 and 06:00, and will be activated for ten

minutes. Hold DOWN pressed for two seconds to manually enter the receiving mode and press the DOWN button to

exit the mode. The LCD will display the DST icon once the signal has been received. The reception will be aborted if the

alarm rings and resumed once the alarm is switched off.

Manual Time Setting

Hold TIME SET pressed for two seconds to enter the time setting mode. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to

sequentially set the year, month, day, language, 12/24h mode, hours, minutes and time zone shift. Press TIME SET to

confirm your setting.

Alarm Setting

Press the ALARM button to display AL1 or AL2. Hold the ALARM pressed for two seconds to enter the alarm setting

mode. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to sequentially set the hours and minutes. Press ALARM to confirm your

setting. Activate AL1 or AL2 or both by pressing the DOWN button. Activate the snooze function with the SNOOZE

button and switch off the alarm with the ALARM button.

City Location Setting

Hold the LOCATION button pressed to enter the city setting mode. Use the UP and DOWN buttons to select your city

according to the city code. Refer to the city code table on page 2. Confirm your setting with the LOCATION button.

Sunrise/Sunset and Moon Phase

This weather station will automatically calculate and display the sunrise, sunset according to the selected city. The

moon phase is calculated every day according to the calendar.
