7 Maintenance and fault rectification
7 .1 Maintenance
I f the instrument is used properly, no special maintenance is required
in normal operation.
7 .2 Remove interferences
T he operator of the system is responsible for taking suitable measures
to rectify faults.
VEGABAR 14 offers maximum reliability. Nevertheless, faults can
occur during operation. These may be caused by the following, e.g.:
l S ensor
l P rocess
l V oltage supply
l S ignal processing
T he first measure to be taken is to check the output signal. In many
cases, the causes can be determined this way and the faults rectified.
