1 – ANS ON/OFF
Press to turn the answering system on or off

2 – X/DELETE X/DELETE
Press to delete the playing message or
announcement (page 68 or page 60).
Press to delete the displayed entry while in
the directory, caller ID log or redial list
(page 49, page 58 or page 36).
Press to delete digits or characters, or
press and hold to delete all digits or
characters while using the dialing keys.
3 – MUTE MUTE
Press to mute the microphone while on a
call (page 34).
Press to silence the ringer temporarily while
the telephone base is ringing (page 35).
4 – /SKIP
Press to skip to the next message during
message playback (page 68).
5 – /REPEAT
Press to repeat the playing message
(page 68).
Press twice to play the previous message
