UNITROL® 1500
One Step Sheetfed Fountain Concentrate with Drying Additives
Description: A one-step fountain concentrate for sheetfed and small web presses that contains
ink drying agents to aid on non-absorbent stocks. UNITROL 1500 also contains
additives to help control and maintain water settings for excellent print contrast and
ink densities.
Directions for Use: Mix 5 oz/gallon of UNITROL 1500 to each gallon of water. Increase dosage if plate
sensitivity is occurring and decrease dosage if ink emulsification is a problem. Each
oz/gallon of UNITROL 1500 will increase conductivity by 430 micromhos/cm.
