Super Concentrated 148 Mild Acid Fountain Solution
Description: A super concentrated mild acid fountain solution, LIQUID GOLD 148 SC is designed to
be reconstituted at the customer’s facility with house water. The instructions below
describe the preparation of 55 gallons of the fountain concentrate. Press ready
dilutions are then made from this concentrate.
Directions for Use: Into an empty, clean 55 gallon plastic drum or mixing tank put approximately 25
gallons of water. Add the entire contents of 20 gallons of LIQUID GOLD 148 SC. Mix
well. Rinse the LIQUID GOLD 148 SC container with about 2-3 gallons of water and
add to the 55 gallon drum or mixing tank. Top off 55 gallon drum or mixing tank to
proper level and mix thoroughly. LIQUID GOLD 148 SC mild acid is now ready for use.
Mix 1 ounce of product to each gallon of water and measure the conductivity for
your location. Increase dosage if plate sensitivity occurs, decrease dosage if roller
stripping occurs.
