Specifi cations
Specifi cations subject to change without notice.
1
Subject to accuracy degradation to 100m 2DRMS under the U.S. DoD-imposed Selective Availability program.
2
With optional Garmin Differential Beacon Receiver Input (such as Garmin GBR 21 or 23).
3
The temperature rating for the Geko 201 may exceed the usable range of some batteries. Alkaline batteries can rupture at high temperatures. External power can only be applied
using the Garmin Auto Power Adapter or PC Interface Cable with Auto Power Adapter. These cables contain a 12 Vdc to 3 Vdc voltage regulator. Modifi cations or other applica-
tions void the product warranty.
4
Alkaline batteries lose a signifi cant amount of their capacity as temperature decreases. Use Lithium batteries when operating the Geko 201 in below-freezing conditions. Extensive
use of screen backlighting signifi cantly reduces battery life. Different brands of batteries vary in performance.
