Do not change your therapy based on one individual result recorded in memory.
• Results stored in memory will not be lost when you replace the batteries, but you
will need to reset the time and date.
• If the memory is full (100 results stored), “mem” flashes in the display when you
turn on the meter.
• Once 100 results are in memory, adding a new test result causes the oldest one
to be deleted.

Downloading Your Meter to a Computer
You can transfer your stored results to a computer to track, identify patterns and print them out.
To download your results, you’ll need:
• Accu-Chek Advantage Cable (catalog no. 3172716)
• Accu-Chek Compass
™
Software (catalog no. 3134008)

Chapter 4: Using Your Meter’s Memory
Storing Test Results
Your meter automatically stores up to 100 test results, and you can review
them at any time.
If you’ve set the time and date on the meter (see page 8), this information is
stored and displayed with your test results. If you haven’t, test results are
simply stored in order, from the oldest to the newest.
Viewing Test Results
1. Press
(On/Off button) to turn on the meter. Wait for the flashing test strip.
2. Press and hold the MEM button. The number (1-100) of the result is
displayed (“1” is the most recent result).
3. Release the MEM button. The result is displayed, along with the date and
time.
4. Press and release the MEM button to see the remaining stored results (from
most recent to oldest).
5. Press
to turn off the meter.
