3.4. Scan mode
When in scan mode, moving
targets are constantly being
measured. the instru-
ment automatically works
in the scan mode when
the measurement button is
pressed for more than 2
seconds. as long as the
measurement button is
depressed, items in the cir-
cle are being measured and
ranges displayed. range in
scan mode extends up to 1,000 m/1,100 yds.

3.6. accuracy
accuracy is typically ± 2 m/2 yds, > 700 m
± 0,5%, both for individual measurements and
also in scan mode.

3.1. Switching the instrument on and off
Switch the instrument on by
pressing the measurement
button. the target circle will
appear in the field of view.
the instrument will auto-
matically switch off again
after 20 seconds.
3.2. Single measurement
Depress the measurement
button a 2
nd
time and within
1 second the distance
measurement will appear
on the display. a further
measurement can only be
carried out after approx. 3 seconds. to allow
recharging of the laser for maximum performance.
the typical range is 1,000 m/1,100 yds, under
favourable conditions, distances of up to 1,500 m/
1,600 yds and more, can be measured (see 3.5.).
