in the “Getting Started” guide.
10. WARRANTY AND REPAIRS
Warranty
Westell warrants this product to be free from defects at the time of shipment. Westell also warrants this product to
be fully functional for the time period specified by the terms of the warranty. Any attempt to repair or modify the
equipment by anyone other than an authorized Westell representative will void the warranty.
Repairs
As soon as you open your modem box, inspect your modem for damage. Report damage immediately to Verizon
DSL Technical Support toll free at the number provided in the “Getting Started” guide. Before you can return
damaged merchandise to Verizon, you need a Return Authorization (RA). To get this form and find out how to
return the modem, call Verizon DSL Technical Support.
