The MCX-106 is a compact self-powered mixer w i t h a Microprocessor c o n t r o l l e d stereo
c a s s e t t e deck, designed to allow recording a live demo t a p e , p e r f o r m i n g to pre-recorded
program m a t e r i a l , recording sound on sound w i t h an e x t e r n a l tape source, and
s i m u l t a n e o u s l y p e r f o r m i n g as a s i x - c h a n n e l "powered" m a in sound system and a six-
c h a n n e l i n d e p e n d e n t m o n i t o r mixer.
