Troubleshooting

If you encounter a problem while using the Windows Media Player, a number of resources are available to
help you troubleshoot the issue.

11.4 Using Sharpcast Photos

To install the program

1.

Tap Start > Programs > Sharpcast Photos.

2.

If it is the first time you use Sharpcast Photos, tap Install Now to install the program on your device.

Note To install the program, your device must be connected to the Internet first.

3.

Follow the step-by-step instructions to properly set up the program. When finished, tap OK to restart.

To register for an account

Before you get started, you have to sign up your account.

From your device:

1.

Tap Start > Programs > Sharpcast Photos.

2.

On the Log In screen, tap “here” to open the
Internet Explorer and link to the registration
Web page.

3.

Enter the required information and follow
the online instructions to complete the
registration.

Tap to sign up

From your computer:

1.

On your desktop/laptop PC, open the Web
browser and link to http://photos.sharpcast.
com/account/signup/alltel.

2.

Enter the required information, then click
I Agree, Sign Me Up!” and follow the online
instructions to complete the registration.
