Then the Destinations dialog box appears.
• [Remove] — Click this to remove the selected contacts from the destinations list.
• [OK] — Click this to add these contacts as the destinations.
• [Cancel] — Click this to cancel the selection.
• [Help] — Click this to display the online Help.
