Operation
Main power switch
Use the main switch to turn on the electronic circuitry for the control panel. The
cooktop is now ready to use.
Touch ON/OFF until the status display " turns on.
Touch ON/OFF, until the status display " turns off. The residual heat indicators will
continue to appear until the elements have cooled off sufficiently.
The cooktop will turn off automatically if all of the elements have been turned off for
longer than 20 seconds.
If residual heat is still present when the cooktop is turned on, H/h will appear in the
heating element display.
Setting the cooktop
This section explains how to set the elements. In the table, you can find temperature
settings for various foods.
Select the desired heat setting in the setting area.
Heat setting 1 = lowest power
Heat setting 9 = highest power
Each heat setting has an intermediate position.
It is indicated by . and is set using + or -.
The cooktop must be turned on.
1. Touch the symbol $ for the desired heating element.
will appear in the display. The - symbol for the selected heating element will
appear under the display.
2. With the next 10 seconds touch the desired heat setting (1Ć9) in the setting area.
