CHEESY RICE AND

VEGETABLE MEDLEY

1 bag (16 ounces) frozen

cauliflower, broccoli, and carrot

medley

1 package (10 ounces) fresh

mushroom slices

1 can (10

ounces) cheddar

cheese soup

1 can (14 ounces) chicken broth

cups water

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 cup raw rice

Preheat to 350°

Combine all ingredients and pour

into a greased 13” x 9” x 2”

baking pan or a 2-quart casserole

dish. Cover with foil or casserole

cover. Bake for 35 minutes or until

the rice is tender and has absorbed

all liquid.

Makes 12-14 servings
