Connect the component using a commercial coaxial
digital cable.
Connecting to Capable
Components
You can control audiovisual amplifiers and receivers
using the supplied remote controller by connecting
Onkyo audiovisual amps and receivers with
jacks.
Use a cable to connect the unit's terminal with
the amp or receiver's terminal.
Use the supplied audio cable to connect the unit's
AUDIO OUTPUT ANALOG terminal with the amp or
receiver's analog audio in terminal.
Caution
Be sure to connect the audio cables as well. The amp or
receiver cannot be controlled by the remote controller when
only the cable and optical digital cable are connected.
Notes
- See the manual of each component for information about
available system features.
- Use the terminal with products equipped with an
jack.
- If there are two jacks, they both operate identically.
Connect to either one of them.
