Memo basics
Create a memo
1. In the memo list, click the trackwheel.
2. Click New.
3. Type the memo information.
4. Click the trackwheel.
5. Click Save.
Change a memo
1. In the memo list, highlight a memo.
2. Click the trackwheel.
3. Click Edit.
4. Change the memo information.
5. Click the trackwheel.
6. Click Save.
Forward a task or memo
1. In the task list or memo list, highlight a task or memo.
2. Click the trackwheel.
3. Click Forward As.
4. Click a message type.
Search for text in a message, attachment, web page, or memo
To search for text in a presentation attachment, verify that you are viewing the presentation in text view or in text and slide view.
1. In a message, attachment, web page, or memo, click the trackwheel.
2. Click Find.
3. Type the text.
4. Press the Enter key.
To search for the next instance of the text, click the trackwheel. Click Find Next.
