5. During playback, press 3 to return to the start of the current message. Press the 3
button twice to go back to the previous message.
6. During playback, press DELETE to delete to the current message. Press Sel/Save or
DELETE to confirm message delete.
7. During playback, press and hold DELETE for 2 seconds to delete to the all messages.
Press Sel/Save or DELETE to confirm all message delete.
8. Press Play/Stop or EXIT to stop and exit playback.
NOTE: After playing a message, the unit will prompt you to keep or delete the message. If you want
to keep it, press
4 or 3 key to keep it and play the next message. If you want to delete it, press the
DELETE or Sel/Save button to delete and continue to the next message.
Memo Recording
1. Press Memo/Record button.
2. Use the 3 and 4to scroll to L1 or L2.
3. Press Sel/Save to start recording.
4. Press EXIT to stop recording. The recorded memo is saved as an incoming voice
message.
NOTE: There is no time limit for memo recording. Messages can be recorded until
recording capacity is reached.
2-Way Recording
To record an ongoing phone conversation;
1. While on phone conversation, press Memo/Record button.
2. Unit start conversation recording immediately.
3. Press EXIT or hang up to stop recording.
NOTE: There is no time limit for 2-way record. Messages can be recorded until
recording capacity is reached.
