7. Then use 5 or 6 to scroll to the desired ring delay - 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 rings, TOLL SAVER.
For TOLL SAVER selection, the unit will answer on the 3rd ring if new voice messages
have been recorded or on the 5th ring if there are no new voice messages.
8. Press Sel/Save to save. To start over, press EXIT to return to the ANSWERING SYS
menu.
Message Length
This is to limit the length of the incoming caller’s message.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.
3. Press Sel/Save.
4. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to MESSAGE LENGTH.
5. Press Sel/Save.
6. Use the | or } to scroll to L1 or L2.
7. Then use 5 or 6 to scroll desired option - 1 MINUTE, 2 MINUTES or NO LIMIT.
8. Press Sel/Save to save. To start over, press EXIT to return to the ANSWERING SYS
menu.
Call Screening
When Call Screening is turned on, you are able to listen to the caller while they are
leaving a message.
1. Press the MENU button.
2. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ANSWERING SYS.
3. Press Sel/Save.
4. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to CALL SCREENING.
5. Press Sel/Save.
6. Use the 5 or 6 to scroll to ON or OFF.
7. Press Sel/Save to save. To start over, press EXIT to return to the ANSWERING SYS
menu.
