About friends
Facebook® for BlackBerry® devices uses your existing friend list from your Facebook® account. You can add new friends to your friend
list by sending friend requests to contacts.
Invite a contact to become a friend
1. On the Notification list screen, press the Menu button.
2. Click Invite a Friend.
3. Perform one of the following actions:
• If the contact is not in your address book, type an email address.
• If the contact is in your address book, type part of the contact name. Click the contact.
4. Click Invite.
Accept or decline a friend request
1. On the Notification list screen, click the friend request.
2. Click Confirm or Ignore.
