Nokia Extra Power DC-8
The Nokia Extra Power DC-8 is for you if you want to power
up on the move. If you're on the road and away from an AC
supply, you can get peace of mind with a reliable, pocket-
sized source of backup power. Plus, you can choose to
recharge the DC-8 or power it with batteries purchased on
the go.
With a Nokia Extra Power DC-8 you can:

Battery information
Charging and discharging
Your device is powered by a rechargeable battery. The
battery can be charged and discharged hundreds of times,
but it will eventually wear out. When the talk and standby
times are noticeably shorter than normal, replace the
battery. Use only Nokia approved batteries, and recharge
your battery only with Nokia approved chargers
designated for this device.
