Returning to the original call
Use the following procedure to return to the original call.
Transferring a call
Use the Transfer
feature to redirect a call to the appropriate person.
Transferring a call to a third party
Use the following procedure to transfer a call to a third party.

Press the
Hold
key to place the second
call on hold.
or
Press the
Goodbye
key to end the
second call.
2.
Press the
Handsfree
key.

Press the
Trans
soft key during an
active call.
The calling party is placed on hold. You
hear a dial tone. The indicator icon
flashes steadily.
2.
Dial the number to which you are
transferring the call.
(Hold)
