Watch Settings
Select the value you want to change and press OK.
Adjust the values with UP/DOWN and accept with
OK.

and then set the hours and minutes. Press BACK
to stop the alarm or UP/DOWN to snooze for 10
minutes. The alarm cannot be used during

and set the time format,
hours and minutes. Select

to set time for
another time zone by adding or substracting
hours. In the Time view, you can quickly change
from
Time 1
to
Time 2
by pressing and holding
DOWN.

Time zone
: Select time zone 1 or 2.

Date
: Set the date.

Heart rate upper limit
helps you to train within
your personal target heart rate zone (e.g. advised
by a doctor). Set upper heart rate limit

adjust the limit with UP/DOWN and press OK.
