If you have an internet connection, please send details of your problem to
Technical Support using the email links provided on the Perle web site

C.5. Repair procedure
Before sending a unit for repair, you must contact your Perle supplier. If,
however, you bought your product directly from Perle you can contact directly.

Customers who are In Europe, Africa or Middle East can submit repair details
via a website form. This form is on the Perle website, www.perle.com, in the
Support area.
